This means we will not only build you a top-quality home but we will also work with you to design it.
Of course, if you have your own plan, that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t be happy to give you a fixed contract price to build it.
We are here to help and if that means helping you select the right section for your house then that’s what we’ll do, at no cost to you.
We will work closely with you to make sure we get all your ideas down on paper and have a fixed price back to you as soon as possible.
As part of our Design and Build Service we will draw up the concept plans for your new build and have it priced in no time before you even commit to building with us.

At Norrell Building we tackle every project as though we’re building a home for ourselves. Whilst we’re proud of every build we’ve ever been entrusted with, we’ve included some of our favourites here for you to enjoy.
I have used the services of Norrell Building for almost ten years on jobs both large and small and always found the workmanship to be of an extremely high standard, and provides excellent advice. I constantly choose to deal with Justin and his team as he has shown not only excellent skills in dealing with issues, but has a “can do” attitude (a refreshing change from so many trades people) as well as acting with the utmost integrity at all times. His competitive pricing was always the icing on the cake!
We have been clients of Norrell Building for over 10 years. During that time he has built several homes for us and our extended families. We found Justin Norrell to be competent and reliable. We utilised the building services of Norrell Building to complete a fifty square metre extension to our 1950’s home.
