These are two 238m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, houses we built side by side in the Parklane Subdivision in Rolleston

The floor plans are identical but we finished the houses with different roof, window and brick colours.

Not to mention the inside colour differences.

The interesting thing about this build was that the husband and wife chose a house each and decided on their own colour choices.

The competition between them was to see who’s house sold first.
