This is where your dreams and ideas for your new home are transformed into a building plan. If you already have architectural drawings or a working plan, we can prepare a free, fully inclusive quotation for your consideration. If you don’t have drawings, we’ll create a design for you. We will draw up a concept plan that meets your expectations, will fit within your budget, and produce a fixed price off this plan before you even commit to build.
Depending on your budget or the agreement you have with your bank, we can create a fixed-price contract, or work on a cost reimbursement basis to create your new home. We’ll take you through each room on your working plan and discuss your choices of fixtures and fittings in detail. We’re happy to provide a number of options for materials or features so you can achieve your desired look while keeping within your budget.
There’s a lot of planning and paperwork that goes into building a home. We do all this for you. From lodging the plans for building consent to applying for Code of Compliance. Let us deal with the local authorities while you relax.
As we build your new home, you’ll be kept informed and up to date at all times. You’re free to give as much or as little input as you like during the build. We can organise regular site visits and send you photos as your build progresses. If you prefer, you can leave everything to us and simply relax and enjoy the process.
Once all the building, decorating and finishing touches are done, we’ll take you through your new home. It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your home, and that everything is up to standard.
